The Challenge
Coaching lives across
too many disconnected tools.
A modern coaching business runs on workouts, nutrition, check-ins, live sessions, billing and client progress - usually spread across separate apps and spreadsheets. ONE set out to pull all of it into a single platform for trainers, partners and members across the UAE.

Fragmented tooling
Workouts, nutrition, progress and payments live in different tools, so trainers and members never see the full picture in one place.

Hard to run at scale
Studios and corporate partners need oversight across many trainers and clients - something generic fitness apps simply don't support.

Weak daily accountability
Without clear plans, check-ins and reminders, member motivation fades in the gaps between coaching sessions.
The Approach
One platform for
trainers, partners & members.
Built as one connected system. We designed and built ONE end-to-end: a member mobile app, trainer and partner dashboards, and an admin layer - all on a single API for workouts, nutrition, coaching, live sessions and billing.

A system built
to feel focused.
ONE uses a disciplined, monochrome visual language - graphite and black surfaces, a cream off-white accent and condensed Oswald type - to make the product feel focused and premium.

ONE - built for progress.
A stylised wordmark - the 'O' drawn as a rounded pill - sits in a black badge over cream letters. Paired with a monochrome palette it creates a disciplined, premium fitness identity.
